Successful Cruise Travel Sales Consultants will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £17,000 with an average OTE of approx £22,000 a year, up to 27 days holiday and company pension. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company who offers excellent progression to staff who show potential. You will be working 4 days out of 7 on a continental shift pattern in the exciting world of cruise sales.
Within the role of Cruise Travel Sales Consultant you will:
- Convert initial cruise enquiries driven in to the sales team
- Offer a truly personal one to one service and act as an account manager to a wide variety of cruise clients and tailor these reservations to their own individual needs
- Be the specialist cruise sales consultant by building your own client database from initial booking to generate repeat cruise bookings and reservations in the future
- Sell a world of cruise products and suppliers
- Work towards set sales and customer service targets
Individuals that have been successful within this unique product and that have become high achievers in the Cruise Travel Sales Consultant role have:
- Excellent sales experience gained from within the travel industry having worked within the role of a Cruise Specialist, Reservations Travel Consultant, Travel Agent or Travel Sales Agent
- Been enthusiastic people with a passion for selling
- Excellent sales techniques and a strong telephone manner
- Experience using a CRS system
