Our client a forward and innovative travel company is seeking VIP consultants to work in their luxury tailor-made reservations department. Due to our client’s growth and expansion, they are seeking specialist tailor-made consultants to join their vibrant team. As a VIP consultant, you will be responsible for servicing all VIP and loyalty customers. You will liaise with other departments to develop & implement exceptional customer service, advise on special fares and destinations to meet your client’s needs and offer expert advise on long-haul destinations. The ideal candidate for this role must have skills in planning complex itineraries to worldwide long-haul destinations, a major CRS and be customer service focused. This role offers the successful individual an excellent basic salary together with Travel concessions, discretionary bonus and the opportunity to work with a major travel organisation.
