Our award-winning business travel client is currently looking to recruit several experienced senior business travel consultants to work on a number of International business travel accounts in their busy office in Aberdeen (AB10)
As a senior business travel consultant you will act as a first line of support for a number of demanding International business travel accounts, and make reservations for all areas of business travel including International scheduled flights and various ground products. You will liase with the operations division to handle any fares & ticketing queries, and have the ability to offer your clients advice on general business travel practice. You may also have the opportunity to help motivate and develop new business travel consultants joining the team.
As a senior business travel consultant you will have extensive experience working in a similar business travel reservations role booking International scheduled flights and various ground products, and have a good working knowledge of the Galileo system (preferably within a business travel environment). You will be extremely customer focused and have the ability to work to tight deadlines within this fast-paced business travel environment. Achievement of a business travel related fares & ticketing qualification would also prove an advantage.
