A Sales Manager is required for this luxury tour operator. Our client aims to serve the needs of the independent world traveller and creates personalised itineraries and offer not just flights, but are able to plan and tailor make individual itineraries that include hotels, transfers, excursions and special interest products such as spa resorts. Their exclusive portfolio has been chosen as a result of seeing and experiencing the hotels first-hand, and they are now looking to appoint a Sales Manager to lead this team of consultants specialising in pure luxury. Our client offers worldwide destinations but particularly specialises in Indian Ocean and the Caribbean. Due to company expansion our client is looking for a Sales Manager who can use their product knowledge to assist and motivate the sales staff. You must have experience of selling worldwide tailor-made travel, ideally within the luxury market and be from a management level with proven ability at successfully managing a team. Your responsibilities will be to ensure the efficient running of the sales department whilst maximising sales revenue and ensuring that high standards of the customer are met. Also responsible for staff development and identifying and recommending areas for staff training. In return the successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary and discretionary annual bonus.
