As the European Affiliates & Partnerships Manager, you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Work with Distribution teams across Europe to plan, oversee and assist in the execution of an affiliate strategy to deliver market and group targets.
* Develop and roll out Affiliate marketing best practice across all markets
* Work with local Affiliate and Partnership teams to ensure uniform reporting across all markets
* Identify common tasks and needs, including but not limited to, new technical requirements, newsletter generation, RSS feeds, XML feeds & creative requests. Project manage the execution of such tasks

* Expert knowledge of affiliate network systems, such as Trade doubler, Commission Junction & Zanox and Affiliate agencies.
* Expert knowledge of Affiliates and Affiliate Programmes
* Expert knowledge of Meta agents and other aggregators in the travel sector
* Knowledge of third party tracking tools
* Good understanding of HTML and other web development technical aspects, eg XML feeds, Content management systems, RSS
* Sets high standards of performance for self
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Ability to work across culture
* Strong negotiation skills
* A passion for the web and the potential of e-commerce
* In-depth experience of running large scale affiliate programs
* Extensive knowledge of European affiliate market
* Experience of managing multi brand affiliate programs
* Proven history of success within affiliate marketing
* Large budget management
