This award winning long haul tour operator who are now opening shops across the South East are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to work in their Retail Store in Gatwick. Customer Service Supervisor Responsibilities:
-Offering face to face and telephone advice to customers and booking their holidays accordingly
-Providing exceptional service
-Maximising sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting excursions, upgrades etc
- Working closely alongside the Customer Service Manager.
- Supervising a small retail team.
- Complaint handling.

Part time Travel Consultant Skills Required:
-Previous experience as a retail travel consultant in a travel agency
-Good longhaul knowledge
-Excellent customer service skills
