My client is a leading Multinational Business Travel company currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to cover the South of England and Home Counties to think strategically balancing the clients needs. Your main objectives will be to retain your customer's portfolio through proactive account management. You will grow and develop your customer profile thus increasing profit within the business whilst maintaining an excellent business relationship.
Key Duties

*Develop a total business relationship with all key accounts, securing them from the threat of competitive approaches whilst driving profitable, incremental revenue opportunities.
*Demonstrate sound understanding of our Customers travel needs, together with the ability to develop convincing ideas and solutions to meet those needs. This will include the injection of your own creative ideas for challenges.
*Implement a business plan to develop the relationship . Meet with client to review performance, agree on targets, etc. Increase revenue within designated client base.
*Analyse client travel patterns and make executive recommendations for cost savings, productivity enhancements and efficient travel spend.
*Ensure that all retention risks are fully documented in ACT and reported to the Commercial Director.
*Fully engage the customer in consultative dialogue to maximise our revenue potential.


*Ability to collaborate and complete tasks and projects in team focused environment working remotely.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years industry experience at Senior account or sales Management level within the Business Travel arena. Preferably having worked for a Travel Management company or major independent Business Travel Company.
