Travel Weekly Group’s Hollie-Rae Brader shortlisted for AWTE award

Travel Weekly Group’s Hollie-Rae Brader has been shortlisted for the Association of Women Executives (AWTE) Chair Awards.

Brader, who is editor of Travel Weekly’s luxury sister title, Aspire, was among six industry professionals shortlisted for the business impact award.

Other categories include company of the year award and the AWTE honorary award.

The accolades are a celebration of women working in the travel industry and will take place on September 12.

Brader was previously cruise reporter for Travel Weekly before being promoted to editor of Aspire in 2016.

Chair of AWTE Sarah Clayton Turner said: “I am delighted that we received so many nominations this year. The nominees are all powerhouses in their own right and they represent a real cross section of women in the industry. We look forward to raising a glass to their success”.

A further five women will be inducted on to the AWTE “influential women in travel” list during the awards ceremony which was started on the 60th anniversary of the AWTE in 2014.
