Accommodation only specialist getabed has appointed Amanda Peers as head of operations.
Peers has joined from TUI Specialist Businesses, where she was head of customer service.
In her new role, Peers will be responsible for getabed’s UK support centre operation, focussing on service delivery and maximising operational efficiencies.
Matt Stuart, managing director of getabed said: “We are delighted to have Amanda on board with her wealth of experience. We have a number of initiatives planned in 2017, with a continued focus on our UK agents who remain at the core of our business. Amanda has some exciting ideas that we look forward to implementing to ensure our award winning service delivery continues.”
Peers added: “I’m really looking forward to making a difference at getabed. They have a wonderful work ethic and their relationship with the trade is second to none. I’m looking forward to ensuring that the getabed UK Support Centre is known as a centre of excellence for all of our trade partners.”
