A new Cardiff to Rome route is being introduced next summer by Flybe as part of an expanded schedule.
Six routes added as part of the airline’s 2016-17 winter timetable will operate for the first time next summer such as London City to Dusseldorf, and Manchester and Birmingham to Toulouse.
A total of 3,242 flights week across 157 routes have gone on sale for 2017 with routes synchronised to ensure extra connectivity across the UK and Europe via hubs in Manchester and Birmingham.
One way fares start at £19.99 including taxes and charges for travel from March 26 through to September.
Chief revenue officer Vincent Hodder said: “Our new 2017 summer schedule highlights Flybe’s ongoing commitment to providing unparalleled connectivity to regions across the UK, Europe and beyond.”
