Singapore Airlines passengers offered 20 new routes in codeshare expansion

Singapore Airlines passengers are being given access to more than 20 new routes in Europe through an expanded codeshare with Lufthansa Group.

The Lufthansa and Swiss services are via Frankfurt, Munich and Zurich.

The new codeshare flights include links to Aberdeen, Birmingham, Dublin and Edinburgh via Frankfurt.

In return, travellers using Lufthansa and Swiss will be able to access new points via SIA-operated flights between Singapore and destinations such as Canberra and Wellington.

SIA’s regional subsidiary SilkAir will also progressively introduce new codeshare flights with the Lufthansa Group.

The expanded codeshare services are the result of a joint venture signed between the two airline groups a year ago.
