Royal Caribbean’s revamped loyalty programme offers Hong Kong prize

Agents are being encouraged to ‘ride the wave’ with Royal Caribbean’s revamped loyalty programme and win a trip to Hong Kong.

The all-expenses-paid trip is part of a series of updates unveiled for the Club Royal programme which rewards the best performing agents in the country.

More than 10,400 members are part of the reward scheme which also has an exclusive partnership with Travel Industry Services (TIS) from October 3.

Speaking at Club Royal’s 2nd birthday celebrations at Stapleford Park in Leicestershire, Royal Caribbean’s sales director Ben Bouldin said more details on the Hong Kong fam trip would be revealed in November.

Bouldin said: “There will be 15 places up for grabs on the trip and we want agents to ‘ride the wave’ to get themselves on this amazing trip.

“There are two more trips planned for next year too but we’re not revealing anything about those yet.”Club Royal previously had two levels of reward cards, with a Gold and Blue tier, but the refreshed programme will feature a top Platinum tier.

The newly introduced bespoke TIS booking service will enable members to book a holiday with their Club Royal pre-paid MasterCard and redeem holiday cashback.

Members booking through the service will receive a 20% reduction on the cost of their travel insurance for the holiday and a credit card booking charge of only 1%

To book their holiday, agents can contact TIS onclubroyal@traveltis.co.uk
