Air travel data business Official Airline Guide is being tipped for a sell off by private equity owner Electra Partners.
Mergers and acquisitions specialist GCA Altium is reported to have been appointed to run the process.
Private equity houses with a leisure and travel focus could look at OAG, with trade buyers also expected to show interest.
UK-based OAG acquired airline data company FlightView last year for an undisclosed sum.
The company is part of Electra-owned AXIO, Data Group after being sold as part of a portfolio of data services by United Business Media for £160 million in 2013.
