James Villas managing director Mark Bloxham is to leave the company after three years.
Bloxham has been succeeded by Sean Lowe, current managing director of RCI EMEA & India, whose role has been expanded to now include the villa rental company.
Lowe has worked with Tui as well as RCI with experience in tour operating, yield management, planning and contracting.
Geoff Cowley, managing director of parent company Wyndham Vacation Rentals UK said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mark for his energy and leadership over the last three years.
"Among many achievements he has been responsible for our customer obsession strategy and for the digital development which continues to drive the business’ success online. We will miss his passion and wish him every success in future.”
Bloxham added: "I have had a fantastic 3 years with James and the Wyndham team and it was a tough decision to leave, it is a fantastic company with a lot of great people and some very exciting times ahead.
"Initially I am spending some time working with some start-up companies and taking on some consultancy whilst seeking a return to my first passion in Marketing"
