[CLOSED] Win a five-day trip to Borneo’s rainforest world music festival with Malaysia Airlines

Situated on the island of Borneo and boasting stunning natural wonders, unique traditions and welcoming people, the Malaysian state of Sarawak is a must-visit destination.

And for the past 18 years, it has also established itself as a hotbed of world music, with the Rainforest World Music Festival taking place every August.

This year, the 19th annual festival takes place from August 5-7, showcasing not only Malaysia’s musical heritage, but also music and musicians from every continent of the world.

To mark this fantastic celebration in a beautiful destination, Malaysia Airlines and the Sarawak Tourism Board have joined forces to host five agents on an amazing fam trip.

The trip will take place from August 3-8, with the winners flying on one of Malaysia Airlines’ double-daily flights onboard the A380 superjumbo from Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur.

During their flights, they will get to experience Malaysia Airlines’ award-winning service, and will travel in true style with lounge access at both Heathrow and Kuala Lumpur international Airport.

Having flown on to Sarawak, they will then take part in the Rainforest World Music Festival’s unique afternoon workshops and, when the sun goes down, will experience two nights’ of the best folk, traditional and world music on the main stage with thousands of other revellers from Malaysia and around the world.

Of course, no trip to Sarawak would be complete without the opportunity to experience its incredible flora and fauna, and the winners won’t be disappointed.

They will get to see Borneo’s famous orang-utans and the distinctive proboscis monkeys with their bulbous nose, and will also have a chance to explore Bako National Park, next to the Santubong peninsular.
