Qatar Airways invests in Birmingham taxi advertising

A regional taxi advertising drive has been instigated by Qatar Airways to support its flights from Birmingham airport to Doha.

The move aims to raise consumer awareness of the brand as taxis transport passengers to attractions including the Bullring shopping centre, Cadbury World and the NEC.

The adverts utilise the entire length of the lower half of the traditional black cab, carrying the burgundy-coloured branding of the airline.

The ads also carry a range of images showcasing the service passengers can expect to receive on board a Qatar Airways flight.

London Taxi Advertising sales director, Paul Tremarco, said: “We always enjoy working with Qatar Airways and it’s great to be bringing the airline to the streets of the UK once again with this stand-out superside advertising campaign.

“Our cabs will be targeting a diverse audience in Birmingham, showcasing the airline’s fantastic flight offering from Birmingham airport.”
