The Travel Network Group’s 2016 annual conference on board Celebrity Cruises ship Celebrity Eclipse has sold out.
A record number of members have booked to attend the ‘Inspire’ conference on May 8-10. It will be the first since the group secured a management last month.
A total of 315 members have registered, representing 35% of the overall membership, and nearly 50% more than The Travel Network Group’s last conference in Croatia.
The event has also attracted more than 60 business partners.
Travel Network Group claims this makes it the largest agent event in the industry, bigger than the agent numbers attending the Abta Travel Convention and those run by direct rivals.
Sponsorship packages for all the conference activities and events have also all sold out.
Chief executive, Gary Lewis, said: “We have had a phenomenal response to our conference this year, from both members and business partners, and we are thrilled to have so many delegates attending.”
A host of inspiring speakers are to be announced in the countdown to the conference.
“We are looking at speakers that will inspire our delegates and give them fresh ideas and approaches to getting the best out of themselves and their businesses. Our conferences have gone from strength to strength and we are confident that Inspire 2016 will be our best ever,” Lewis said.
