Planning permission granted for Manchester easyHotel

EasyHotel today confirmed that it has won planning permission for a new ‘super budget’ hotel in Manchester.

The acquisition of the building has been completed for the 116-room hotel at Bradley House in Manchester.

The hotel is expected to open during the 2016/17 financial year.

The announcement came days after the company unveiled plans for a property in Ipswich in addition to Barcelona and Liverpool.

EasyHotel’s three owned hotels in London, Croydon and Glasgow comprise of 390 rooms, and it has a further 18 franchised properties across Europe with 1,490 rooms.

It has plans for new franchise hotels in Brussels, the UAE and Oman.
