"This is the third or fourth management fees seminar I have been to.It is another step down the road of trying to understand a bit more about how I have to change my business. At the moment we hardly do any business on management fees. We are just looking at ways of making the changes. The training day has been imformative."

The way things are going, I need to know about management fees to survive in the market place. This course was enlightening and has taught me the basics about all the main schemes. It is not going to be an easy thing to implement. Every client is different. It is a matter of speaking to each client and getting the most profit out of it.

This is a vital issue in the travel industry. I am convinced the day will come when commissions from all suppliers will go down to zero. This will apply not just to airlines but to hoteliers and car-hire companies. It is imperative we look at introducing charges. I have come to the seminar to find out which is the best approach.
