Face-to-face is always the best way

It is frustrating to see key business partners such as Bridget Wallace Travel highlight their business concerns via your Letters page instead of directly with Airtours (Travel Weekly 12 July 1999).

In a previous life, Bridget and her staff would regularly bend my ear on such similar issues whenever I was in Uckfield!

To deal directly with an operator, face-to-face or over the telephone, is still by far the best way to get quick and accurate explanations of our commercial strategy.

Much as I always enjoy your Letters page, it’s good to talk!
