Brochure aims for earlybirds

SHEARINGS has launched a European brochure devoted entirely to the spring season in a bid to boost early bookings.

Europe in Springtime 2000 has been sent to agents and features the operator’s more popular coach holidays including the battlefields of the Second World War and the Italian Dolomites.

To launch the brochure, the operator has set rates at spring 1999 levels until September 12.

Shearings marketing manager Carys Evans said: “There is a market out there for people who are willing to book for Spring 2000 well in advance and we want our product to be on offer to them.”

Shearings has also produced leaflets to boost awareness of their best-selling holidays such as Bruges and Bavaria.
