The rhyme and reasons for rebrand

Sunworld Sailing responds to Sailing Holidays' owners Barry and Heidi Neilsonconcerns over its rebrand to Neilson (Travel Weekly July 19).

The rationale to launch the Neilson brand

Was not intended to beunderhand

Barry's Boats would have been our name

If causing offence was our game

But as we explained in our mailing

It was time to move on from Sunworld Sailing

Our choice of holidays had started to swell

We now offer biking anddiving as well

In the Neilson product there were certain synergies

With our wide range of active holidays

It was after all a wonderful opportunity

Never meant to cause anyone difficulty

To make sure it was okayto trade

And before any major decision was made

Our legal people checked it out

There was no problem, there is no doubt

We hope that explanation clears the air

And no-one feels we've been unfair

After all it stands to reason

Why we've called ourselves Neilson!
