Andrew Ponton has been promoted to the position of sales manager for Superstar Holidays. He has been with El Al, Superstar’s parent company, for eight years, working in sales and marketing.

P&O Stena Line has appointed Diana Wood as its new short-stay marketing manager. She takes over from Gavin McManus, who has taken on the role of marketing intelligence manager. Diana was previously sales promotion manager for the company.

Ausbound has recruited Tim Stubbings as Web site development manager. He previously worked for Ausbound’s parent company, Port Philip Group. The Ausbound’s reservations team has also been enlarged with the appointments of Molly Houlden and Sean Hopkins, both based at the Bristol office.

Jersey Conference Bureau has appointed Hamish Reid to the newly-created post of sales and marketing manager, based in London. He has come from working as director of sales for Thistle Hotels.

Mark Miller has returned to Planet Hollywood as European director of sales, following a two-year posting in Singapore as director of sales, marketing and promotions for the company’s Asia-Pacific region.
