Nevis Executive Resourcing, led by Dunleavy White partner Iain Fenton, has experienced a successful launch after announcing itself to the marketplace just a few weeks ago.
The new business is an offshoot service from Dunleavy White, the Executive Search business, based in London and Dubai.
Firmly positioned in the £40,000 to £70,000 contingency middle management sector, Nevis have completed their first search, filling a Head of Sales & Marketing role for a major international organization.
After trying to unsuccessfully recruit for the position itself, the client contacted Nevis Executive who applied their multi-sector search approach across both B2B and B2C markets to successfully complete the assignment.
Iain Fenton said: ‘‘We use search methodology, which has been adapted for the contingency executive recruitment sector, which produces candidates who not only match the attributes required, but who can add real value to a client’s business. We only take on an assignment that we think we can really deliver on.”
