Caribbean hotel pushes travel for singles

The BodyHoliday is dedicating the whole of next month to single people.

September Solos is billed as heartbreak remedy and promises the best elements of health, wellbeing, fitness and fun with other like-minded solo travellers.

And to make it a little more attractive there are no room supplements to contend with.

Owner of the St Lucia hotel Craig Barnard said: “There have been a good few relationship success stories along the way.” Single guests can socialise during the sunset cruises, nightly group dinners, mixology classes and themed evening receptions.

During the day, optional activities include interactive fitness programmes such as group yoga, zip-line tours, and sports tournaments.

All will receive daily spa treatments and tuition is included for all water and land sports.

And international fitness ambassador Dean Hodgkin will be on-property to lead special dance classes for the programme’s first three weeks.
