Branson in a pickle over lost booking

Richard Branson says if we support him, Virgin willsupport us (Travel Weekly August 2).

Recently a client asked me to book a holiday with Virgin to a particular hotel on a particular flight to Benidorm.

On viewdata the flight was not available. I rang Virgin and I was told the flight and hotel was full. My customer told me the following day she had called Virgin direct. The flight and hotel was available if she booked direct. Thank you Richard for your support.
