What the course involves:
Agents must read a training pack and complete a question and answer section, which takes around 30mins. This familiarises them with the product and highlights the sales tools available to them in the Keycamp brochure. Agents can go on to take a specialist training course which involves more detailed work such as planning a customer’s holiday. This takes 2-3hrs hours to complete
Benefits of taking the course:
Agents receive a certificate and regular product updates. Those who complete the specialist training pack receive a gold certificate and are entered for a monthly £100 prize draw. They are also given first refusal on educational places.
