Hays Travel is the latest travel organiser to be approved as an Accredited Body by the Civil Aviation Authority.
Hays Travel’s branches, homeworkers and members of the Independence Group will be licensed to sell dynamic packages under the new Flight-Plus regime which comes into force on April 30.
The announcement follows news that the Global Travel Group will be the second Accredited Body. Travel Counsellors was confirmed as the first one in February this year.
A CAA spokesman said: “The CAA thanks Hays Travel for their co-operation throughout the application process, and further announcements on additional organisations meeting the requirements to become an Accredited Body will be made in due course.”
