The airline is to operate on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays from on June 14.
The service will be followed by three flights a week via Barbados later in the summer to provide a daily connection between London and Trinidad.
Both will be operated by Boeing 767–300ER aircraft in a two-class configuration of business and economy seating.
Onward connections will be offered via Trinidad to Georgetown, Guyana and Paramaribo, Suriname.
