Topdeck launches ‘Don’t Just Dream It’ marketing push

Youth group travel specialist Topdeck Travel has unveiled a marketing campaign called ‘Don’t Just Dream It’ to inspire bookings.

Alongside the campaign, the operator has 25% discounts on most of its trips, including its most popular European itineraries.

The marketing push follows Topdeck research which revealed that 93% of young adults said the Covid-19 crisis and lockdowns have increased their desire to explore the world, compared with pre-pandemic levels.

The research also showed travellers are increasingly keen to book trips that are three weeks long or more.

The 25% discount is available for bookings made before February 28 for departures between April 2021 and March 2022.

The offer applies trips such as European Getaway, Japan Highlights, Spirit of Europe, Namaste India and Canadian Rockies.

Topdeck’s new Covid-19 Assurance Policy applies to all 2021-22 bookings made before April 30 and means any customer prevented from travelling due to a positive Covid-19 diagnosis or national lockdown will be eligible for a full refund or travel credit.

Charles Knowlton, Topdeck’s global general manager, said: “With news of a vaccine roll-out, we’re optimistic that 2021 will be the year that we are all able to get back on the road.

“We’ve enhanced safety measures across all areas of our brand in line with the World Travel & Tourism Council’s guidelines, developed assurance policies and rolled out a new and exciting range of trip discounts.”
