Former Seabourn head of sales Paul Beale is to join Regent Seven Seas Cruises as head of sales.
Starting on March 5 Beale will report directly to managing director, UK and Europe, Graham Sadler and be responsible for managing the entire sales function, agency initiatives and all distribution in the UK.
Sadler said “We are delighted to have Paul join the team and fill this crucial role. He has an outstanding track record of success and demonstrated great skill in managing growth coupled with financial discipline.
“With his experience and determination, I am confident Paul will make a significant contribution to continuing the development of Regent Seven Seas Cruises as the leading all-inclusive luxury cruise experience”.
Beale has more than 10 years experience within a sales environment in the travel industry working for Complete Cruise Solution.
He was promoted steadily until 2008 when he became Seabourn’s head of sales.
Beale said: “I am absolutely thrilled to be joining another highly successful, ultra-luxury cruise brand and am looking forward to this new opportunity and utilising my experience to ensure Regent’s sales strategies and objectives are achieved.”
