Kuoni today kicks off a year-long brand campaign comprising adverts in glossy travel and lifestyle magazines and other nationwide promotional activity.
Described as the operator’s biggest ever campaign, ‘Requested by you... Crafted by Kuoni’ offers “amazing value holidays” linked with “exceptional service, stunning destinations and messages that are cleverly linked to customer needs”.
Ads will appear in key locations in London, Bristol, Liverpool, Sheffield, Leeds, Stratford, Manchester, Bath and Maidstone together with a digital banner at Westfield Stratford City. Others will be placed on escalator panels at Bank, Knightsbridge and High Street Kensington London Underground stations.
Radio advertising will run for 14 Kuoni stores and two Kuoni partner shops.
A multi-million pound tactically-led brand campaign will run alongside the main push across a range of channels following customer research conducted earlier in the year.
“All the activity is designed to showcase Kuoni’s hand-made approach to personalised holidays and real service which all serve to underpin Kuoni’s values of authenticity, reliability and passion,” the company said.
Kuoni UK head of marketing Naomi Wilkinson said: “This campaign brings the essence of Kuoni alive – that we listen to our customers’ needs and are specialists in creating unique travel memories that endure – as our personal travel experts can craft the perfect holiday for you.
“The themes of the campaign are based around customer requests and real customer behaviour.”
