Newmarket Holidays is targeting sales in the long-haul market with a ‘Worldwide Flash Sale’, which will run to the end of August.
It gives customers a discount of £100 per person on long-haul holidays.
Richard Forde, head of trade sales, said: “Recently, we have seen clear signs that consumer confidence is returning to parts of the market, so we’ve created this offer to help stimulate long-haul sales, and to give our agents an extra tool to help secure bookings.
“There is clear evidence that customers are looking towards 2021 and 2022 with their long-haul plans and agents have been asking for that extra incentive to secure more bookings.
“Our Wellbeing Charter, Covid Cover Travel Insurance and Flexible Booking Policy have been important tools in helping inspire confidence in agents and customers.
“The world is beginning to reopen, and while we approach with caution, we are excited to give those who are ready the opportunity to travel again, be it later this year, in 2021 or in 2022.”
The new focus on long-haul follows a rise in interest for breaks in the UK and short-haul destinations.
