Travel Counsellors are to benefit from the wisdom of golf champion Darren Clarke's coach following the launch of a series of regional roadshows.
As well has helping Clarke achieve sporting success at The Open, sport and business coach Mike Finnegan has worked with Royal Mail, Littlewoods, Rolls Royce and Santander.
His next project is to host 'Impossible 2 Inevitable’ workshops for Travel Counsellors at a selection of venues in the UK and overseas in September.
Finnegan has already worked with the company on training sessions in the spring and developed on-line sales training videos for agents.
Finnegan said: “During these business sessions we will be showing agents the same mental and attitudinal techniques we used with our great golfing client Darren Clarke back in April this year, and the techniques will enable the agents to take their results to even higher levels.”
The roadshows will be held in Bolton, Birmingham, London and Dublin. The company has also launched sessions for its 180 head office staff in order to aid their development and help them in supporting the company’s 700 plus agents in the UK as well as over 400 overseas.
Steve Byrne, managing director, said: “It is the softer issues in business that provide a long term foundation for success and we are committed to investing in supporting our people in all aspects of their lives to enable them to realise their full potential.”
