Cruise lines are gearing up to drive booking through agents as plans are laid to mark the fourth annual National Cruise Week in September.
Agents accredited to the Association of Cruise Experts will be hosting events and running special offers during week of September 18-25.
There will also be a number of ships in port around the UK including P&O Cruises’ Arcadia, Aurora and Azura, Princess Cruises’ Grand Princess and Holland America Line’s MS Rotterdam.
Passenger Shipping Association director Bill Gibbons said: “National Cruise Week 2011 promises to be bigger and better than ever with travel agents taking the opportunity to showcase what a holiday at sea has to offer.”
