Cox & Kings and Abercrombie & Kent plug Iceland tours

Abercrombie & Kent and Cox & Kings are plugging their tailormade and group tours in Iceland after Europe topped a poll of most-desired destinations by the luxury operators

Restrictions on arrivals into Iceland’s Keflavík International Airport are due to be relaxed from June 15, although the UK Foreign Office still advises against all non-essential travel with no end date stated.

Sister brands A&K and Cox & Kings are promoting their tailor made and group tours to discover Iceland, and A&K has added a new Ultimate Iceland Adventure for 2020 which includes a Super Jeep journey and a stay at a Viking-style Torfhús Retreat.

Europe came out on top of the most desired destination to travel to in a post lockdown world in the recent survey by the brands, which also found flexible booking terms were an important factor.

On new bookings made by September 30, 2020, A&K will not charge clients who choose to change to a new destination or move travel dates any time up to 35 days prior to departure and can rebook to travel any time before December 31, 2021.
