Midcounties Co-operative appoints marketing manager for travel

Midcounties Co-operative has appointed Katie Blunt as brand and marketing manager for its travel division.

Blunt will lead on branding and marketing initiatives for Co-operative Travel, which has 58 high street travel agencies.

She moves to Midcounties from her role as marketing communications manager for Central England Co-operative, where for the last five years she led and created society campaigns and developed food marketing for 265 retail stores, including new store launches and developments.

Blunt mas more than 15 years’ marketing experience at retail and not-for-profit organisatios with the likes of Central England Co-operative, developing branded content for M&S, John Lewis and has also previously grown tactical digital and social marketing for the public and charity sector.
