Luxury Gold’s new e-learning programme aims to help agents increase their sales of the company’s escorted tours.
The Luxury Gold Masterclass is available through the Travel Agent Academy, run by parent company The Travel Corporation (TTC).
Rachel Coffey, Luxury Gold sales and business development director, said: “Our new Luxury Gold Masterclass will allow our trade partners to become real experts in our market-leading product.
“Access to the most up-to-date information about our offering and in-depth knowledge of our award-winning journeys will help agents to increase their sales.
“We created the Masterclass with agents in mind to help them sell and we’re rewarding them for their commitment by offering eligibility for fam trips on our journeys.”
The training programme has three levels, and the first level, Sapphire, is available to agents now.
The modules cover an introduction to the brand, the Luxury Gold difference, tools for selling luxury journeys and information on the Chairman’s Collection of VIP experiences.
