Princess Cruises recruits territory manager for Scotland

Princess Cruises has appointed a new territory business manager for Scotland.

Karen Cameron is to join the line from P&O Cruises, where she was regional sales and engagement manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

She will begin her role on August 26 and be based in Scotland as the fifth territory manager reporting into Princess’ sales manager Ellie Webb.

In her new role, Cameron will be responsible for growing and managing relationships with the trade through face-to-face agent training, supporting Princess’ ship visit programme and leading other region-specific initiatives.

Cameron has almost 25 years’ experience in the travel industry including most recently at P&O, where she spent three years.

She said: “I am delighted to be joining Princess Cruises and to work alongside such an amazing team. I can’t wait to begin supporting all of our travel agent partners in Scotland and Northern Ireland and look forward to seeing both new faces and colleagues who already know me in the industry.”

Ellie Webb added: “The team and I are thrilled to have Karen join us later this month. Karen brings with her a wealth of industry knowledge alongside some great ideas on how to excite, engage and support our agent partners.”
