Johnny Pollard to stand trial on fraud charges next May

Former OTA director Johnny Pollard is to stand trial next year accused of defrauding customers.

Pollard, who was formerly a director at On the Beach and commercial manager at Bookable Holidays, appeared at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court last week for a plea and trial hearing.

He was charged by Greater Manchester Police in June on 22 counts of fraud by false representation.

Pollard, 47, was released on bail. He will stand trial at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court on May 18, 2020.

The alleged offences are said to have occurred between January and May 2017.
