Spice Girl Geri Horner features in a new video testing top suites planned for Virgin Voyages first ship Scarlet Lady.

She is shown checking out one of the vessel’s ‘Gorgeous Suites’ to help demonstrate the experience to be offered to passengers booking one of the 78 RockStar Suites available on board when the ship enters service from Miami next year.

Those booking into 15 top of the range ‘Mega RockStar Suites’ will have a dedicated hair and makeup crew available for them upon request and free access to the ship’s spa, free laundry service, plus the option to curate bespoke activities at any port of call.

They will also have unlimited complimentary alcoholic and specialty drinks in all bars and restaurants on board, plus a free personalised bottomless in-room bar.

The Mega RockStars Suites will be located on deck 15 of the ship and feature a ‘peek-a-view’ outdoor shower.

All RockStar suite passengers will be offered upgraded premium Wi-Fi with streaming.

Horner said: “Virgin Voyages’ RockStar Suites are the perfect blend of luxury, glamour and a little bit of rock and roll opulence – exactly the way I like to enjoy my holidays.

“After thorough testing, I think it’s safe to say these suites are rockstar-worthy and ready for Scarlet Lady’s debut next year.”

Virgin Group founder Sir Richard Branson added: “I just love the idea of RockStar Suites. They celebrate Virgin’s musical heritage and how I got my start in the music industry.

“Geri and the Spice Girls were a wonderful part of that so I can’t imagine anyone better suited to give our RockStar Suites a whirl.”
