Small group touring specialist Back-Roads Touring has added the US to its range of destinations for 2020.
Seven itineraries have been created, which explore California, New England, the southwest, Deep South and sites associated with the American Civil War.
Each tour aims to uncover the lesser-known side of each destination and run from April to October 2020.
David Gendle, global sales general manager for Back-Roads Touring, said: “We know mature travellers have an interest in exploring the US in a small group setting.
“Our tours provide the perfect combination of trusted tour guides, unique experiences and opportunities to explore the destination at leisure.”
Prices start at £1,889 per person for the six-day Classic California Coast tour (pictured), which takes customers from Los Angeles to San Francisco.
It includes five nights’ accommodation and transport in a mini-coach.
The operator also offers small group tours across the UK, Europe and southeast Asia.
