Bespoke tour operator VIVID Travel has gained the highest overall score in a review of the best places to work by employee review site WorkAdvisor.
The site allows employees to rate how good it is to work at their companies, and features over 350 businesses in the UK.
It scored an average rating of 4.6 out of five in its staff reviews, the highest in the last 12 months – when hundreds of reviews from staff in the travel industry case their votes. The average employee rating for travel companies is 3.8 out of five.
VIVID’s founder and managing director Kane Pirie said: “We are really proud to win this award. I am confident we have the best team in travel. It’s a real pleasure and privilege to work with them every day as we build something new, good and different together.”
The operator specialises in bespoke holidays to Asia, Africa, Australasia, Latin America and Europe. It employs more than 40 staff.
