Unique Vacations UK, the exclusive sales and marketing representatives for Sandals and Beaches Resorts in the UK, has appointed Kirsty Lilley as business development manager.
Lilley will be covering the new area of Cheshire, Isle of Man, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and North Wales.
She joins the company from The Global Travel Group, where she was learning and development facilitator. Previously, Lilley worked as a BDM for AM Resorts.
The area of Cheshire, Clwyd, Derbyshire, East Yorkshire, Humberside, Lancashire, Manchester, Merseyside, North Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and West Yorkshire was previously managed by one business development manager – it is now split between Kirsty Lilley and another Sandals BDM, Tamzin Bishop.
Leah Marshall, sales director for Sandals and Beaches Resorts in the UK, said: “It is a really exciting time for Kirsty to join the business.
“Recent developments include upgrades at our flagship resort Sandals Montego Bay in Jamaica and an ongoing focus on our over-the-water product with new bars and wedding chapels.
“Kirsty has had some great experience in the travel sector which will be invaluable to our business.
“The addition of Kirsty to the team means that we can split the areas in the north of England between Kirsty and Tamzin, in order to have a more dedicated focus in these areas.”
