Personal Travel Agents at Co-operative Travel head for Cyprus

More than 100 homeworkers from The Personal Travel Agents at Co-operative Travel will attend the company’s seventh annual conference in Paphos, Cyprus (March 27-30).

The theme for this year’s conference is Destination Future and workshops will offer advice to homeworkers about how they can future-proof their businesses.

The conference will be at the Constantinou Bros Asimina Suites Hotel, which is the host sponsor, alongside Jet2Holidays.

Other headline sponsors include Gold Medal and Great Rail Journeys, and 24 additional suppliers will also attend.

Sheena Whittle (pictured), head of The Personal Travel Agents at Co-operative Travel, said: “There will be an emphasis on personal well-being in one of this year’s workshops and we’ll also home in on ‘The Co-operative Difference’ and how our Personal Travel Agents can utilise that for the benefit of both themselves and their customers.

“We’ll also celebrate the successes of our highly talented and motivated agents during our annual gala dinner and awards ceremony and be applauding our company results.”

Agents will be able to book appointments with tour operators using a specially created smartphone app.

The Personal Travel Agents at Co-operative Travel is part of The Midcounties Co-operative Travel, and has 160 homeworking travel agents.
