Members of the Hays Travel Independence Group are to have access to a new customer relationship management system.
The system is set to be launched next year and will be part of Hays Travel’s iSell selling system. It will allow agents to capture the postcode and email addresses of customers, and will record five years of data of their previous booking habits.
Members will also benefit from a new packaging system in the next few months that will provide total party prices and allow agents to search traditional and dynamic packages for the first time. It also includes resort and property information provided by the tour operator.
The new flight search facility will allow agents to filter searches by one-way flights as well as fare prices. It also allows agents to see any of Hays Travel’s negotiated fares.
