Stansted airport has been offering free yoga sessions to help travellers relax before their journeys and avoid aches during flights.
The airport has worked with London-based fitness brand Frame to run the pop-up classes in the departures area of the airport.
The ‘Fly Fit With Frame’ sessions included a pre-flight routine to make passenger journeys more relaxing, and to help tackle possible health issues associated with flying such as deep vein thrombosis and anxiety.
Held over the course of this week, the classes were for passengers and staff and the final sessions will be on February 7.
