The three travel agencies in the Holiday With Us Group have donated hampers of festive food and Christmas treats to local charities.
The Holiday With Us branches in March and Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, and their sister agency – Spalding Travel in Lincolnshire – collected donations from clients, who gave chocolates, biscuits, books, toys and toiletries as part of the Christmas appeal.
Christina Fitzpatrick, managing director, said: “We’re extremely thankful to all who have donated what they can in support of the charities, and we’re pleased to have been able to support people in the local area in this way.”
The Spalding Travel branch supports Agape Care Foodbank Spalding, because many in the local community rely on it for essential food items on a weekly basis.
The March and Wisbech agencies are working with their local Salvation Army branches to deliver hampers to those in need.
The independent agency group is part of the Freedom Travel Group.
