Azamara Club Cruises unveils plans for ‘one-stop’ agent portal

Azamara Club Cruises is set to launch a new ‘one-stop’ portal to make it easier for UK agents to sell its cruises.

The portal – Club Azamara – will give agents access to booking platform AirWaves, Club Rewards, Club World Learning and Toolkit, where marketing materials can be found.

The portal will launch to the trade on December 14.

The line will host a webinar at 10am on the same day to explain the portal to the trade.

All the features had previously been available to agents registered with Royal Caribbean Cruises’ Cruising Power platform.

Richard Twynam, Azamara’s managing director for UK, Ireland and EMEA, said: “We just wanted to make it easier for agents to do business.

“This gives agents one platform to do four things.”

Azamara has been working on Club Azamara since August, when it officially launched Azamara Pursuit.

Existing members of Royal Caribbean International’s My Club Royal will not need to register for Club Azamara.

They will be able to use an existing My Club Royal username and password to log into the portal.

Agents who log on to Cruising Power from December 14 will be redirected to Club Azamara.

The line’s Wave period incentives will be available on the new portal when it launches.
