Shearings Holidays has unveiled details of a five-day package which includes a day excursion at the first BBC Countryfile Live event in the north.
Next year, the popular show is heading north for the first time, and will be staged at Castle Howard in Yorkshire (August 15-18).
It will take place two weeks after the annual Blenheim Palace event in Oxfordshire (August 1-4).
The new BBC Countryfile Live event in the north will celebrate regional farming and rural activities, and showcase Yorkshire food and drink.
BBC Countryfile presenters will also appear at the event, alongside a range of exhibitions and experiences.
A five-day Shearings package departing August 12, 2019, costs from £289 per person, based on two sharing.
It includes coach travel from pick-up points around the UK; four nights’ half-board accommodation at the Bay Royal Hotel in Whitby; a full day at BBC Countryfile Live at Castle Howard and a half-day trip to Scarborough.
